Neela and Pratt are at the scene with victims from the plane and the apartment buildings. Lots of hurt people. At one point, Neela is trapped by flames and looses her walkie talkie. She helps get a boy out of the building and is slightly injured herself.
With the number of incoming from the disaster, Sam brings Haleh back. Eve tells Sam it is about time (she made a strong decision like that). Clemente is running triage in the ambulance bay.
One patient was walking his dog and she is missing. Another wants to call his fiancee but decides not to go through with the wedding. Another dies with family around. Lots of firefighters.

Details yet to come....Abby and Luka have reconnected. She's trying to sneak out after they've spent the morning (and previous night?) in bed together. Looks like Stamos' character is named Gates. He's a paramedic injured trying to rescue a woman in a house/apartment fire. Pratt and Neela are along. The woman screams, "My baby!" and begs Neela to find him.
Haleh's back, and Eve's not thrilled.
